Interpret and follow instructions from work orders accurately.
- Attend to vending machine breakdowns, setups, and installations as assigned by the superior.
- Escalate cases to the superior when a machine is beyond reasonable repair and requires replacement.
- Repair malfunctioning parts or units of vending machines.
- Perform servicing and preventive maintenance on vending machines both in the warehouse and on-site.
- Communicate with the supervisor regarding any repair or maintenance tasks not specified in the work order.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks on machines before deployment.
- Set up machines according to operational requirements.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures while performing all tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse parts, replaced components, and returned faulty units.
- Respond to breakdowns in accordance with KPI targets—same-day resolution for critical repairs and next-day service for non-critical issues.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and parts are well-maintained, reporting any losses or damages promptly.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum qualification of SKM Level 3 or at least 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, cooling, and compressor systems.
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Technical Studies (Mechanical & Electrical) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, cooling, and compressor systems.
- Possess a valid driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
