- As an EYFS Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver purposeful, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.-
Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued, supported, and confident to take risks.-
Use a range of observations and assessment strategies to track progress, provide feedback, and inform next steps in learning.-
Work closely with your year group team and assistant teachers to share best practice, plan collaboratively, and ensure consistency across classes.-
Build strong partnerships with parents, valuing their role in their child’s learning journey and maintaining open, supportive communication.-
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, celebrations, and enrichment activities that enhance the children’s early experiences.-
Support the ethos, values, and vision of the school, modelling them in your teaching and daily interactions.- We are looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS practitioner with a clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, the ability to inspire young children, and a commitment to their holistic development.
