Business Analyst

- Solve problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Recommend changes to improve processes and increase efficiency of operations.
- Being able to identify valid assumptions and predict consequences.
- Proactively highlighting implications, foresee the impact and provide recommendations.
- Build effective partnerships with key business stakeholders across Sales, Support, Services, Operations, IT, and BI internal team members.
- Effectively prepare, document, and communicate insights.
- Leverage modern tools and cloud infrastructure to develop scalable data sets that meet business/operational reporting and analysis needs.
- Development of optimized insight solutions and leverage SDLC methodology to design, develop and test to ensure all data, reporting and analytics solutions are accurate.
- Perform data engineering tasks on an enterprise data platform environment.
- Maintaining right headcount, calculating capacity, and ensuring Service Level targets are met.
- Analyzing operations performance, forecast accuracy, underlying assumptions, historical trends and make continuous adjustments and improvements to the forecasting, and headcount planning to ensure service levels are met while meeting profitability goals.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced English level - oral and written.
- Strong analytical, organization and creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to identify reporting gaps and create meaningful reports from scratch.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Focus on efficiency and accuracy in a faster paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) is a plus.
- SQL skills is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases in a B2B environment.
