Role : CSR-Japanese Speaker /French Speaker

Location:KL and WFH

**Japanese speaker**

**Salary range :RM 7K depending on experience300 (shift allowance)150 (WFH allowance)**

**Working Hours:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).Weekend work may be required occasionally to meet client needs.**

Experience and Skills
- Minimum Diploma (Advanced / Higher or Graduate) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience in relevant field

**- Minimum Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (‘JLPT’) N3.**

**- Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Japanese**
- Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills. - Excellent listening skills, critical thinker with attention to detail.
- Data entry, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills required. - Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
- Strong PC skills in a MS Windows based environment (including MS Office--Excel, Word) - Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Applicants should be willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur

**French Speaker JD**:
**Salary range :RM5K - 5.5K (based on experience)WFH Allowance MYR 150Shift Allowance MYR 400**

**Working hours: 8pm/9pm - 5am/6am MYT - US hours**

**Working day: Mon - Fri**
