Coordinate day to day client requirements in respect of bulking activities, receipts, dispatches, shipments, break-bulking activities, tanks cleanliness, dock lines cleanliness. To assist SHE executive on implementation of SHE activities and safe working environment. To plan and distribute workforce for activities needed for the day liaising with Port, Shipping Agent, Surveyor and Client on vessel operations. To lead the delegated sections in daily operations. To report to superior on tank planning operations as per requirements. To correctly allocate respective tanks for the respective product delivered for unloading. To correctly allocate respective tanks for loading respective tankers or shipment. To prepare respective reports for govt. bodies e.g. Customs and prepare daily report To conduct daily checks on plant and equipment conditions and report malfunctions for prompt rectification so as not to disrupt any work flow. To be responsible for effective housekeeping. To follow and comply company safety regulation and participate actively in safety activities. Any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the immediate superior.
