As a Customer Service, your role involves quickly responding to customer inquiries via live chat on **Tiktok and WhatsApp** ensuring accurate information delivery and assistance with orders and products. You'll handle complaints effectively, maintaining professionalism and escalating complex issues for resolution, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and meeting performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2.Customer Assistance: Help customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
3.Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
4.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or damaged items promptly.
5.Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints effectively, offering solutions in line with company policies.
6.Collaboration: Work with internal teams to arrange deliveries, ensure order accuracy, and track customer payments.
7.Shipment Tracking: Update shipment status in the tracking system daily.
8.Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors.
9.Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
10.Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
11.Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
12.Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with other tasks as assigned by your superior.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Possess Diploma or higher qualification in related field.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Prior Ecommerce Customer Service experience, preferably in call centre industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Able to work independently, hardworking with positive attitude, result orientated with accomplishment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
