Account Assistant

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
2. Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
3. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
4. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.
6. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of accounting processes and systems.
7. Communicate effectively with banking institutions as required.
8. Handle the processing and disbursement of company commission payouts.
**Job Requirements**
1. Possess a relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
