QC Cum Welding Inspector FKE METALLURGIE SDN. BHD. Malaysia - Kuang Rawang MYR 3,200-4200 Job Responsibility: - Review project quality plan (QAP) to be implemented based on available Welding ProcedureSpecification (WPS) and Welder Qualification Records (WQR) - Liaison with Engineers, 3rd party/client representatives asrequire and ensuring agreed QualityPlan is implemented and adhered to. - Monitor and prepare welding recordsto ensure compiled documentation according to projectrequirement. - Plan, monitor and conduct NDT activities with 3rd party to ensure full compliance according tospecification. - Identify and documentation of non‐conformance report. Follow‐up progress and closure of non‐conformance report raised. - Develop continual improvement and ensure welder performance at optimum level. - Consumable control and welding machine calibration.
