**Key Responsibilities**:

- To oversee Area Managers and responsible for the region performance to meet region KPIs and A&W operational standards
- Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by the Management
- To provide the region sales analysis and prepare necessary proposal on the regions sales/financial/KPI results
- To conduct monthly Business Review with each Area Managers
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Restaurant Management Team (RMT)
- Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance, food safety, and health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Foster a positive work culture that accordance to Company core values that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to excellence among staff
- Daily intervention on trigger point exceptions from daily financial report and daily complaints
- To prepare master plan for each new store opening activities in the region, ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant comply with health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
- Store visitation and market visits

**Qualifications & Requirements:

- **
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 7 years’ managing experience in multiple F&B outlets & group of area managers, with proven records of operational success in sales & cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and report writing skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Business acumen and excellent with figures and P&L
- Flexibility to travel between different outlets and locations as required

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
