_An administrative secretary, also known as an executive assistant, secretary, or office manager, provides administrative support to an organization. Their duties include:_
- **Clerical support**: Managing correspondence, preparing reports, and data entry.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and booking meeting rooms.
- **Communication**: Responding to inquiries, answering and transferring phone calls, and liaising with clients and other departments.
- **Office management**: Maintaining office supplies, managing petty cash, and coordinating equipment maintenance.
- **Recordkeeping**: Managing databases and creating and maintaining filing systems.
- **Time management**: Prioritizing workloads and managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and distributing messages.
- Maintaining company schedules.
- Organizing documents and files.
- Greeting business clients and guests.
- Documenting financial information.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Scheduling meetings and conferences.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
