Logistics Admin/ Merchandise Assistant

**Reporting**:
The logistics admin reports to the Logistics Manager and responsible for the follows day to day tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
- Careful in data/figure key in
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Possess own transport
- **Fresh school leavers/ fresh graduate** is encouraged to apply
- Work on alternate Saturday (Half Day)
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and liase closely with merchandise and warehouse team
- Issue delivery order
- Liaise with 3-rd party logistics company to make shipment arrangement
- To coordinate with respective shops to ensure stocks are allocated based on respective ship requirement
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties and activities as and when required
- Develop/ maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly stock and shipment reports
- Assist in daily order processing
- Assist in monitoring picking & packing process
- Able to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Basic data entry work
- **Fresh graduate** is welcomed to apply
