**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customize training content to meet the unique needs of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Employ engaging methods to ensure effective learning and skill acquisition, motivating participants for best practices.
- Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Ensure that all training content aligns with the latest healthcare industry standards and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: HRD Corp certified trainer (or willingness to undergo the certification program with support).
- **Experience**: Proven track record in delivering training within healthcare or clinical settings.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of healthcare protocols, patient care practices, and administrative workflows.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with training software, presentation tools, and learning management systems.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with training needs analysis and curriculum development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to tailor training to different learning styles.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
