Are you a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional telephone support to our valued customers in Singapore, ensuring a high-quality experience for every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering world-class customer service via telephone.
- Providing polite, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Encouraging customers to enroll in recurring payment plans.
- Managing customer expectations and diligently following up to ensure timely premium payments.
- Staying up-to-date on new products and services.
- Collaborating with team leaders and managers to continuously improve processes.
- Contributing to a positive and innovative work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree from a recognized college or university.
- At least one year of experience in a call center (customer service, telemarketing, or collections) is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Clear and professional communication style with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and disciplined.
