Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervising Security Staff**:Managing and leading security personnel, including guards, supervisors, and other security team members.
- **Developing and Implementing Security Plans**:Creating and implementing security strategies and protocols to mitigate risks and protect the organization.
- **Managing Incident Response**:Overseeing the response to security incidents, such as breaches, thefts, or emergencies, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- **Ensuring Compliance**:Ensuring that all security operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- **Conducting Risk Assessments**:Identifying potential security vulnerabilities and developing strategies to address them.
- **Maintaining Security Systems**:Overseeing the maintenance and operation of security systems, such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- **Training and Development**:Ensuring that security personnel receive adequate training and development to perform their duties effectively.
- **Budget Management**:Managing the security budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- **Reporting**:Preparing regular reports on security operations and performance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
