**1. Site Supervision**:

- Oversee solar PV system installation at project sites.

**2. Technical Support**
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Support testing and commissioning (T&C) with clients and authorities (e.g., TNB, SEDA).
- Report site issues and assist in solving technical problems.

**3. Operations & Maintenance (O&M)**
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair PV system issues when needed.
- Support root cause analysis and preventive measures.

**4. Project Coordination**
- Assist in site meetings and communication between stakeholders.
- Help with project documentation, reporting, and progress updates.

**5. Safety & Compliance**
- Prioritize site safety and follow all HSE procedures.
- Identify hazards and ensure safe working practices.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Chargeman or Wireman certification is a plus.
- Experience in solar PV projects is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar system.
- Hands-on experience with PV systems, inverters, and other solar technology.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of solar systems and components.
- Proficiency in using monitoring and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct through inspections.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
