**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to oversee the group of sale & business development on specific area/activities.
- Plan and execute all web, database sale, social media, and display advertising campaign.
- Monitor/ manage the sale department to ensure that planned sales target are achieved.
- Build and execute sale and marketing plan to grow the business.
- Overseeing the sale team in development of new marketing plans and strategies.
- Be constantly alert on market trend, which are relevant to the company's business.
- Train and develop a high-performing sales team.
- To monitor, coach, follow up & review team sale to improvement activities toward achieving various target set.
- Responsible to develop/achieve the sale target of assigned channel by formulating sale planning and strategies.
- Establish key performance indicator for the sale team and regularly assess individual and team performance.
- Develop brand awareness for company and our product.
- Administrative and any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time.
- Submission of report.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 year's working experience in related field
- Working experience in E-commerce/Online Sales Industry will be an added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good in analytical skill and logical thinking
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Good leadership potential.
- Meticulous, thorough, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam, Shah Alam.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
