**Job brief**

We are seeking an detailed oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Proficient in using BUKKU ACCOUNTING SYSTEM**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports, follow up on overdue payments, and manage collections process.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Closely monitor day to day cash flow and make future cash flow predictions to help decision making and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial analysis and reporting requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
