Chief Barista

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the overall beverage operations across assigned outlets.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Plan and execute beverage menus, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Train and develop outlet barista team to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage or F&B operations, preferably with multi-outlet exposure.
- Strong knowledge beverage preparation and trends.
- Passion for leading teams and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel in between outlets.
