- Work collaboratively across all departments of SDSM to help improve the management of a business process.
- Focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist SDSM to meet its business objectives and goals.
- Serve as change agent who identifies SDSM improvements needs, design enhancement to implement changes through change management process.
- Promoting a new process innovation to achieve the cultural shift required to help SDSM embrace an innovation typically takes an individual with plenty of resolve.
- Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
- Supporting various development initiatives, assisting in testing activities and in development of test scenarios.
- Able to discern between a business process and a series of steps captured on a flow chart.
- Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.
- Revising and updating procedures and policies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in engineering related field.
- Preferable experience in PCBA manufacturing, or semiconductor_ manufacturing_**_, _**_or _business process management knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Skills in the area of problem-solving, lean culture/VSM, FMEA & DMAIC is key.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills to command large groups and advanced oral & written communication & project management acumen.
- Advanced analytical skills and quick response to new issues.
- Good bookkeeping and documentation skills.
