We are looking for scaffolders and riggers to work in **Ireland**.

**Job Summary**:
As a **Scaffolder**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of scaffolding structures and rigging systems at construction sites. You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling scaffolding and rigging equipment, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects while maintaining a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and instructions to determine the required scaffolding and rigging configurations.
- Set up scaffolding systems, including platforms, ladders, handrails, and safety netting, according to the project requirements.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair existing scaffolding and rigging structures to ensure their stability and compliance with safety standards.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and rigging systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Safely load, unload, and transport scaffolding and rigging equipment to and from the construction sites.
- Secure scaffolding and rigging structures to provide stability and prevent accidents or damage.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for scaffolding and rigging tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as supervisors, contractors, and crane operators, to coordinate work activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding and rigging systems to identify potential hazards or defects and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Follow and enforce all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffold and rigging equipment inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- Five years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder and Rigger in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding and rigging techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and guidelines governing scaffolding and rigging operations.
- Ability to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to scaffolding and rigging tasks.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Scaffold Erector, Rigger) will be an added advantage.
