2. JOB OBJECTIVE
- Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and main production and facility equipment

according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement

of production activities to meet company’s objective.

3. MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility’s equipment.
- Perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as machinery, production equipment, HVAC, lighting, etc.
- Inspect production equipment and perform schedule maintenance, breakdown maintenance when needed.
- Perform maintenance duty as according to maintenance schedule, preventive maintenance schedule.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic,

troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

**2. OBJEKTIF KERJA**
Melaksanakan tugas pemasangan, penyelenggaraan, pembaikan, dan penyelesaian masalah ke atas peralatan pengeluaran dan fasiliti mengikut sistem penyelenggaraan pencegahan dan produktif bagi menyokong kelancaran operasi pengeluaran dan pencapaian objektif syarikat.

**3. TUGAS UTAMA / TANGGUNGJAWAB**
- Melaksanakan kerja pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan mesin pengeluaran serta peralatan fasiliti kilang.
- Menjalankan kerja penyelenggaraan pelbagai jenis peralatan seperti mesin, sistem HVAC, lampu, dan lain-lain.
- Memeriksa peralatan pengeluaran dan menjalankan penyelenggaraan berkala serta pembaikan kerosakan.
- Menjalankan penyelenggaraan mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan, termasuk penyelenggaraan pencegahan.
- Menggunakan kemahiran mekanikal seperti elektrik, pneumatik, hidraulik, dan penyelesaian masalah untuk membaiki mesin pengeluaran.
- Membaca dan mentafsir manual peralatan serta arahan kerja untuk melaksanakan penyelenggaraan yang diperlukan.
- Mengesan operasi yang tidak normal, bahan rosak dan melaporkan sebarang situasi luar biasa kepada penyelia.
- Mematuhi peraturan keselamatan dan memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih dan teratur.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
