Ensure all documents related to leasing are following Mall Operation SOP
To issue letter of commencement business of new tenant. iv. Administrative support to Leasing Marketing
To ensure that all contract, documentation, records and correspondence are in accordance with the SOP and fling in tenant's file/share folder.
Drafting and issuing all relevant correspondence letters where necessary - Letters, Memo and etc. vil. Ensure all documents are completed and easily retrievable upon management or Audit request for Central Region Mall.
Ensure all TA, plans, licenses, regulatory approvals record are updated and maintained digitally, softeopy and hardcopy filed
To prepare monthly analysis such as average sales, sales PSF, occupaney cost, 10 best/worst performance tenants etc.
Generate revenue through leasing the promotional & advertising space. xi. To provide leasing and analysis report prior to renewal.
To maintain master record of all tenants including tenancy date, rental rates, agreed special tenancy.
correspandence details, etc.
Highlighting to leasing on upcoming renewalbefore the expiry date.
Keeping track of all correspondence letters including reminders and/or LOD from Credit Control and be able to come up with a chronology when necessary.
To ensure that the whole process tenancy agreement is in order up to stamping of TA.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
