We are looking for a **Junior SOCC**to join our **SSRV Operations Command Centre** team. This role is crucial in monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth operation of security and surveillance systems while supporting real-time incident management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Real-Time Monitoring**: Oversee security surveillance, incident detection, and response coordination within the Operations Command Centre.
- **Incident Response**: Analyze security alerts, escalate critical issues, and assist in crisis management procedures.
- **System Management**: Operate and maintain surveillance systems, access control, and emergency communication tools.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Prepare incident reports, maintain logs, and provide regular operational updates.
- **Coordination & Communication**: Liaise with security teams, law enforcement, and relevant departments for effective response and resolution.
- **Compliance & Procedures**: Ensure all operations align with company policies and industry regulations.
- **Technical Support**: Assist in troubleshooting surveillance equipment and reporting system malfunctions.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a security operations center (SOC) or command center is an advantage.
