Primarily responsible for the daily execution of operational activities for Global Solution Services (GBS) Asia

The GBS PTP Content & Control team ensures that all Coupa integration error is being managed timely; Coupa Catalog & webform & SAP contract is being uploaded correctly; Vendor Masterdata maintenance is set up correctly; terms of the service level agreement are consistently met; and that efficient workflows and best practices are adopted.
- The GBS TP Content & Control team maintains positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders, i.e Opco, GBS PTP Operations, GBS PTP Excellence, Coupa second line support, IT & EGRC.

What we ask

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement or Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university

Work experience
- 2 years of experience in the GBS PTP within an international company.
- Exposure to SAP
- Exposure to Coupa is an added advantage
- Shared service, GBS _e_xperience is an added advantage

- Vacancy description

1. Contract management
- Monitor Robot successful rate in uploading catalogs and webform in the PTP system, investigate and resolve issue if having Robot incident
- Monitor Robot successful rate in uploading SAP contract, investigate and resolve issue if having Robot incident
- Generate Reporting on price & validity for both Coupa catalog & SAP Contract
- Monitor Data Quality Check

2. Functional support Coupa (PTP in the Cloud)
- Act as 1st line support in Coupa Technical Support
- Resolve Issue (including integration error) analysis/resolution, if needed in co-operation with other support teams
- Functional monitoring and error handling
- Maintain end user reporting views
- Create and distribute control reports
- Periodic data reconciliation
- Testing and analysis during upgrades/new releases
- Coordinate with IT in Change Request Management

3. Vendor Masterdata Maintenance
- Create & maintain vendor Masterdata as per requested from Procurement
- Verify documents in checklist
- Perform Vendor Bank Account Verification
- Monitor data quality
- Execute mass inactive vendor activities
- Generate relevant report when necessary
- Monitor interface Vendor from SAP to DSP to Coupa

4. Projects
- Participate in process optimization projects and implementation of improvements.
