Duties & Responsible
- Taking orders, receiving orders, following up and processing issues DO
- Issue a DO delivery, invoice, or any other document to the customer and list accordingly
- Transitioned Invoicing service to warehouse operation
- All data entry updates on time to the SAP system, order, delivery DO, and invoicing, inventories, stock take & stock balance.
- Update customer files with issued invoices.
- Transitioned the Invoicing service to the warehouse operation store.
- Checking the delivery daily, arrange delivery with logistics
- Checking stock, monitoring stock & updating stock movement.
- Work closely with Executives/supervisors on documents needed

**Requirements**:

- Working experience dealing with customer orders, warehouse & delivery orders
- Able to do stock take during the month
- end & stock balance
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to join us. we provide SAP training.
- Willing to learn & improve yourself
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working on Saturday on /by a rotation duty
- Full-time position based in Penang only
