We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Credit Control Executive / Team Lead** to manage and oversee the company’s collection process. This role is responsible for reducing overdue accounts, improving cash flow, and leading a small team to ensure timely and professional handling of all collection matters.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the **collection process** and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices from clients
- Follow up on **late payments** and implement escalation or recovery procedures where necessary
- Escalate unresolved payment issues promptly to relevant departments or management
- Attend to client enquiries and **resolve disputes professionally** and efficiently
- Develop and execute **effective collection strategies** to minimize aged receivables and enhance overall cash flow
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to **negotiate repayment plans** and ensure adherence to agreed terms
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, client communication, and **dispute resolutions**:

- Prepare **regular reports** for management with collection status, analysis, and proposed next actions
- Lead and manage the **daily operations of the Credit Control team**, ensuring smooth workflow and timely collections
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in accounting**, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum **3 years of working experience** in credit control or collections, with at least **1 year in a team lead/supervisory role**:

- Solid knowledge of **collection procedures and compliance requirements**:

- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**, both verbal and written
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of **accuracy, attention to detail**, and analytical thinking
- A team player with a **positive attitude** and the ability to work independently
