2. SALARY, ALLOWANCE & INCENTIVE
- Basic Salary RM4,500 to RM6,000 or Salary will be commensurate with experience

3. REQUIREMENTS
- Related experience of fruits and vegetables or FMCG products.
- 5 years working experience in retail industry
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent
- Required language(s) Speaking and Writing: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and long hours if needed
- Willing to based in any branch if needed

4. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Person
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing monthly & quarterly sales projections
- Tracking and analyzing sales movement
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Knowledge and awareness of market trend in retail industry and to increase sales of the company

5. SKILL
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to solve practical problems
- Knowledge about Fruits & Vegetables.
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven by target
- Good human management skills
- Understanding of supply chain procedures

6. OTHER BENEFITS
