**Job Title**: Clinic Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of healthcare services. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage staff, optimize processes, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. The Clinic Operations Manager will also focus on enhancing patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Monitor clinic workflow to identify and address inefficiencies.

2. **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
- Schedule and manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3. **Patient Experience**:

- Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients and families.
- Optimize scheduling and patient flow to minimize wait times.

4. **Financial Oversight**:

- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee billing processes and ensure timely submission of claims.
- Analyze financial reports and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Responsible for ensuring quarterly revenue targets are achieved

5. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the clinic complies with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
- Prepare for and oversee inspections or accreditation processes.

6. **Technology and Equipment**:

- Oversee the maintenance and updating of medical and office equipment.
- Ensure the effective use of healthcare software systems for patient records, billing, and scheduling.

7. **Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinic services.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend changes to remain competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in clinic or healthcare operations management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
