Position: CUSTOMER SUPPORT/TRANSLATION - CANTONESE & ENGLISH

ATTRACTIVE SALARY PACKAGE: RM5,000 - RM6,000+

Includes transportation and night shift allowances

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Education: Open to SPM/Diploma holders

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and good English (B2/C1 level). Mandatory language tests required.

Work Location: Cyberjaya

Shifts: Permanent night shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

Working Hours: 9 PM to 6 AM / 10 PM to 7 AM

**Salary & Allowances**:

- Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000
- Transportation Allowance: RM500/month (pro-rated)
- Night Shift Allowance: RM25/night (up to RM550 for 22 nights)
- Joining Bonus: RM1,000 effective immediately

**Total Salary**:RM5,000 - RM6,000+ per month

Benefits Include:

- Medical Benefits: In-patient coverage up to USD 80,000 and out-patient coverage up to USD 250 for self, spouse, and children.
- Optical and Dental: Up to USD 120 and USD 500 respectively (available after 1 year for permanent staff).
- Annual Leave: 10 days (first 2 years), 12 days after 2 years.
- Medical Leave: 14 days as per labor law.
- Bereavement Leave: 3 days for immediate family.
- Maternity Leave: 98 days for female employees.
- Paternity Leave: 7 days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
