- Provide exceptional telephone customer service in a timely manner whilst maintaining healthy relations with clients.
- Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly.

**Job Requirements**
- Must possess at least an SPM.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
