We are looking for an Account and Admin Executive with at least 1 years relevant working experience in the accounting field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling daily receivables, including monitoring and maintaining accurate records of customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Handling suppliers order and maintain stock records
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Assist with the reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and reminders to customers.
- Support the generation of financial reports related to accounts receivables.
- Contribute to enhancing and streamlining accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Liaise with government bodies such as Immigration, CIDB, and FOMEMA for matters related to the organization.
- Issue invoices for additional income sources, including tenant payments.
- Locate and organize hard copy files, including passports and work permits, upon request by management.
- Work on alternate Saturdays to provide coverage within the team.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned by your direct superior, COO, or CEO when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Full-time passionate person.
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting with 1 year relevant working experience
- Basic Command & Writing in Bahasa and English.
- Able to meet the deadline and work independently with least supervision
- Team Work and willingness to learn
