We are currently seeking a proactive and self-driven individual to join our dynamic Marketing team as an intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, develop a deep understanding of online retail, and contribute to growing our brand with affiliate contribution.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive online sales through e-commerce platforms and affiliate networks.
- Guide new affiliates through onboarding, ensuring they understand program guidelines, tools, and commission structures.
- Support the creation and optimization of product listings with accurate descriptions, visuals, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure adherence to brand and platform guidelines.
- Respond to affiliate and customer inquiries, resolving technical, promotional, or policy-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, commissions, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales & marketing, affiliate, procurement, customer service, fulfillment) for smooth campaign execution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with affiliate partners, offering performance feedback and strategic suggestions.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, propose new promotional ideas, and contribute to the development of marketing materials.

**Job Requirements**
- Last semester students from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Southern University College (SUC), Johor Bahru.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
