**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using the front office system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, available services, and nearby attractions
- Manage room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor lobby and front desk areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
