**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing purchase orders (PO) based on stock requirements.
- Check and monitor daily Sales Orders (SO) to ensure timely purchasing and stock availability.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date purchasing records in the system.
- Source and compare suppliers, quotations, and product specifications to support cost-effective buying decisions.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle order discrepancies.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all purchase-related records.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and updating stock movement data when required.
- Collaborate with other departments (Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, Operation Admin) to ensure purchase alignment with operational needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in purchasing or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role involves managing Mandarin-speaking regions.
