- Market Analysis: Conduct studies on primary and secondary markets to develop competitive pricing and sales strategies.
- Marketing & Pr: Strengthen the company’s brand through digital marketing, public relations, campaigns, and events.
- Sales Skills: Use strong sales skills to create compelling content that attracts customers.
- Media Relations: Understand media operations and maintain effective communication.
- Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop strategies to capture customer attention and sustain business growth.
- Liaison: Work closely with financing partners, solicitors, and enforcement bodies.
- Lead Generation: Create awareness for new projects and generate leads.
- Reporting: Provide sales progress updates to management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to drive performance.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualification**
- Posses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management/Business Studies or any related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Property Development industry.
- Proven track record in Sales & Marketing experience - meeting or exceeding giventargets.
- Independent, self-motivated, and good critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadline
- Great financial acumen - reporting, analytics, pricing, and market intelligence whilemaximizing profitability, forecasting, and revenue management strategies.
- Being able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese will be an advantage

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
