**Position Overview**

A store Supervisor is responsible for supervise the daily operations of the food products outlet, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, implement business strategies, arrange promotional food products, and assist in training new staff.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise Sales Staff and Training

Assist in achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals

Assist in customer service

Maintaining the overall image of the food products outlet

Assist Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, Stock take and track your stock levels at all times.

Supervise outlets daily operations

Assist in analysing outlet performance and handle customers enquiries

**Requirements**:
At least 2-3 years working in FMCG/ Food Products retail outlet or supervisory experience.

Good communication in Mandarin, English & Malay

Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Benefits**:
Basic - 2,700.00 - 2,800.00
