Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and order. Lead the team to achieve company standards and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily operations and staff performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
- Train and guide team members to deliver quality service.
- Oversee product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in scheduling shifts.
- Enforce company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- More than 2 years of experience as floor supervisor
- Experiences in retail, restaurant, or service industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
