**Role Description**:
- Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through phone calls and follow-up communications.
- Sales Pitch: Delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to persuade prospects to purchase products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Data Entry: Recording and updating customer information, interactions, and sales data in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Follow-Up: Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Problem Resolution: Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, lead status, and market feedback to management.
- Market Research: Gathering and analyzing information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations, including privacy laws and consumer protection standards.
**Job Scope**:
- Maintain & handle customer’s relationship
- Achieve daily & weekly target / KPI
- Key in customer’s data and orders
- Assist & follow up customer to repeat order / activate LAPASAR account
- Engage with customer via phone calls & WhatsApp
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in telesales or customer service roles
**Qualifications**:
- Malaysia
- Experience in sales / telesales at least 1 year
- Age 20 - 37 year old
**Remuneration**:
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
