**About Us**
The Raw is a fast-growing skincare brand backed by pharmaceutical science. We focus on safety, quality, and active-concentrated formulations — available in leading retailers and major online platforms. We're looking for a **creative, detail-oriented Creative Designer** to bring our brand to life across packaging, campaigns, digital platforms, and more.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and execute **creative concepts** across a wide range of materials including packaging, marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional assets.
- Design **visually impactful packaging** that reflects the brand identity and complies with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Design **marketing and brand collateral** such as brochures, posters, presentations, and other supporting visuals.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure **brand consistency** across all design outputs.
- Support the team with **motion graphics and animation** for product launches, social content, and promotional videos.
- Coordinate and direct **product photoshoots**, including editing and retouching images when needed.
- Stay up to date with **design trends, tools, and best practices** to keep content fresh and competitive.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- Experience with **animation or motion design tools** (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
- Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and branding
- Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Bonus: Interest or experience in the **beauty, lifestyle, or wellness** space
Pay: RM2,505.24 - RM3,646.10 per month
