HR Executive/hostel Management

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR operations strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Well versed with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Sosial Compliance and Force Labour Indicator Audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and maintain harmonious relationships between management and employees.
Lean Six Sigma & Problem-Solving and Project Management
- Utilize problem-solving tools to address HR-related challenges and implement preventive measures in Absenteeism, Turn Over, Attrition and other related factors.
Hostel, Clinic Canteen Management:
- Oversee the management of male hostels, canteens and inhouse clinics ensuring compliance
- Supervise canteen operations to provide quality meals and always ensuring hygiene
Employee Engagement Activities & Recognition:
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster team spirit and morale.
- Address issues related to both local workers and foreign worker welfare and integration.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a plus.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
