**Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily Logistic & Warehouse operations.
- Manage & lead the Logistic & Warehouse team performance to ensure day to day operational activities are carried out systematically & smoothly.
- Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping and records by practicing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S lean methodology.
- Update standard operating procedures (SOP) and other relevant documented information to best reflect current practices and upon implementation of new practices.
- Implement & continually improve logistics & warehouse operating procedure & processes.
- Assist in managing Logistic & Warehouse operations by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees.
- Plan the movement of transportation personnel or third-party transportation companies to ensure timely delivery.
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training department staff.
- Responsible for inventory management, maintain adequate stock level, stock accuracy & data credibility.
- Ensure that all the store equipment & lorries are always in good condition & cleanliness of all store/chill room. Deal with supplier/runner on repairing, scheduling maintenance for equipment, forklift, lorries & lorries inspection matters.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager.

**Jobs Requirements : -**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Logistic & Warehouse management role.
- Strong understanding of logistic management systems, inventory control, and distribution processes
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work **5.5 days a week**(half day alternate work on Saturday).
- Willing to work on **Public Holidays**.
- Have a valid driving license and willing to assist driving lorry and/ or delivery when necessary.
