HR & Admin Assistant

Job requirement:
As the HR & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for to provide day to day HR and administration support to ensure smooth office operation.
1. Handle recruitment process such as posting the advertisement, phone screening for
shortlisting, and arranging interviews for executive-level and below the staff
2. Prepare a contract of employment for executive-level and below the staff
3. To manage new employee orientation
4. Organizing trainings for Staff and maintenance of training records
5. To issue internal memos as requested by Management from time to time.
6. To establish and maintain an appropriate filling system.
7. Any other ad hoc assignment requested by Management from time to time.
**Job Skills Required**:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and time management
- Interpersonal skills (active listening, teamwork, responsible, flexibility)
- Written and verbal communication (Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage)
- To succeed in this role, you should be committed to maintaining the high level of confidentiality of private information.
**Education Requirements**
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Understand, familiar and adhere to Malaysian Employment Law.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.
- PRIORITY given to those who can start IMMEDIATELY.
