Qc Executive

**TRI-WALL (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD** is the subsidiary of Tri-Wall Group which is global network companies. We are specialist in designing and manufacturing custom made heavy duty Tri-Wall packaging that are just as durable as those made by plywood or wood boxes. We are an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company. Our main office is in Sungai Buloh, Selangor while we have two branches which is located in Penang and Johor Bahru.

We are looking for a dedicated and target-driven **QC Executive** based in Penang Branch. You will play crucial role in assisting the Branch Manager to ensure quality excellence and driving our company's growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the quality standards in the production is established, implemented, maintained and updated and is ready for ISO9001:2015 certification
- Managing Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective Action Request (8D CAR) for non-conformance materials. To follow up with the appropriate corrective action and preventive action.
- Take charge in internal and external audits for ISO Quality Systems including the audit by customer’s, vendor’s and other regulatory bodies
- Ensuring compliance to customers' quality specification and requirements
- Conducting regular quality checks and inspection throughout the manufacturing process to identify and address any quality issues related in IPQC, IQC, and OQC.
- Accountable for any quality and customer complaint. Require to analyse possible cause and summarize for all complaints and to provide regular quality report to management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions.
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards, and ensuring the company’s compliance.

**Requirement & Qualifications**
- Possess at least a Diploma in technical or any related fields.
- Posses knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 background
- Must be able to speak Chinese or mandarin
- Competitive compensation package with a basic salary and allowances range RM2500 to RM4000 monthly

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
