**About the Job**

Monday - Saturday, 0945 - 0630

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including appointments and meetings.
- Proactively remind the CEO of upcoming deadlines, commitments, and tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, presentations, and reports.

**2. Event and Travel Coordination**
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.

**3. Confidentiality and Communication**
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

**4. Task and Schedule Management**
- Track and follow up on the CEO’s tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
- Develop and maintain a structured system to support the CEO’s priorities and commitments.
- Assist with daily operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.

**5. Project Support**
- Coordinate and manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
- Conduct research and provide insights to aid in decision-making processes.

**6. Office Management**
- Ensure the CEO’s office is well-organized and fully operational.
- Manage resources and supplies for efficient workflow.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**

**1. Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is advantageous.

**2. Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

**3. Personal Attributes**:

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

**4. Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary.
- Familiarity with the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
