Assistant Sales

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Assistant Sales & Marketing** professional to support our business operations in the UPS and battery sector. The role involves assisting with customer inquiries, preparing quotations, supporting the sales team, and participating in marketing activities to promote our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team in generating leads and maintaining customer relationships
- Assist in preparing and sending quotations and proposals to clients
- Follow up with customers on inquiries and orders
- Help in executing marketing campaigns and creating promotional content
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Coordinate internally to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in **Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Malay, and English** (spoken and written)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (freshers welcome)
- A basic understanding of UPS systems and batteries is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
