A marketing executive job is to promote a roofing products to the Architects. To be responsible for the implementation of specification activities for assigned regions with frequent visits to architect firms in order to enhance their knowledge on roof products.

**Responsibilities**:

- To seek, promote, provide and support the architects, quantity surveyor, M&E, government agencies, developers, specifies, and house builders about products and services.
- To identify and foster a close liaison with the key accounts, leading to more leads and sales follow-ups.
- Good coverage of specifies market to achieve corporate goals.
- Gather & monitor competitor activities, market/colour trends and provide feedback and comments to the management.
- Create new product awareness and benefits.
- To effectively promote company name to build brand preference and brand loyalty.
- Prompt follow up on sales leads and enquiries generated from exhibitions and A&P activities.
- Initiate product presentation to highlight and update products differentiation and benefits to specifies
- Handle customer enquiries, submit samples and deliver customer value and satisfaction effectively.\
- Assist customers in calculation and roof system components requirements.
- To secure order for re-roofing market.
- To cover on-off market by promoting high end products.
- Assist sales executives in carrying out product presentations to developers.
- To react quickly to customer complaints and provide solutions effectively.
- Analyses customer needs & offer sound advice leading to a secured deal.
- Implement and adhere to all Internal Control Rules and the Code of Business Conduct in the area of responsibilities.
- To improve rapport with Customer.
- Increase the standard and number of presentations / seminars to specifies and decision makers.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma holder & above.

2. Willing to work in KL.

3. Languages: able to communicate in English, Chinese & BM.

4. Good presentation skills & pleasant looking.

5. Experience: at least 3 years marketing experience in the construction industry.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
