**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainer to join our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in preparing and conducting student-centric IT training courses. You will be at the heart of our mission to empower students with essential IT skills and computer knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to determine students’ individual learning needs and develop tailored teaching plans.
- Plan, organize, and assign activities that cater to each student's specific requirements.
- Provide instruction and guidance using a variety of learning materials and equipment.
- Engage with students in various settings - as a class, in small groups, and individually.
- Develop and implement effective schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and development.
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce established rules and procedures.
- Adapt teaching strategies based on individual student progress.
- Regularly communicate with students, colleagues, and parents about student progress and needs.
- Assign, grade, and provide feedback on class work, homework, tests, and assignments.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Exceptional communication skills for clear and effective student and colleague interaction.
- Strong instructional abilities to clarify complex concepts.
- Proficient writing skills for effective progress reporting.
- Patience and understanding in managing diverse student backgrounds and abilities.
- Creativity in lesson planning to engage various learning styles.
- Excellent people skills for fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and faculty.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Math, or a related field (Bachelor’s in Education is advantageous).
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in and Mandarin and additional languages is a plus.
