Office Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- **General Administrative Support**: Perform tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering supplies, and maintaining database records to ensure efficient office operations.
- **Project Management Support**: Create and maintain project information and documentation in the Project Management System, including change orders and attachments.
- **Event and Meeting Coordination**: Assist in planning events, manage supervisors' schedules, prepare agendas, and arrange catering for meetings.
- **Financial Management**: Handle bookkeeping tasks, prepare and manage invoices, and coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors.
- **Equipment Management**: Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines, and ensure their upkeep through coordination with maintenance staff and vendors.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirement**:
- 1-2 years of Experience providing Administrative Support is prefer in relevant Industry.
- Possess own transportation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,650.00 per month
