**INFRASTRUCTURE & ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION (IAMD), CHANCELLERY**:
(1016, JALAN SULTAN ISMAIL, 50250, KUALA LUMPUR)

**KEY ROLES**
- To drive University vehicle according schedule given and support other logistic requisition.
- To ensure scheduled maintenance of University vehicle and meet all safety requirements.
- To ensure University vehicle is clean and tidy at all times.
- To ensure vehicle insurance and road tax are valid and updated according to the schedule.
- To ensure safety and comply with road traffic rules. Drive University vehicle with a prudent manner.
- To provide excellent customer service to the vehicle passenger (staffs, students and guest).
- To maintain high confidentiality of passenger and information.
- To provide clerical support, dispatch or other duties as when assigned by the Management.
- To keep all records including receipts for vehicle maintenance, fuel, toll and etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equal.
- Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License of B2, D, E-PSV & GDL.
- Age of 40 years and below
- Experience in the operation of heavy vehicle (short / long distance journey) and driving passenger bus is preferable.
- Good driving record with no traffic violation
- Able to read, write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others.
- Willing to work outstation and during weekend if necessary.
- Very disciplined, punctual and courteous.
- Knowledge in computer literacy will be added advantage.
