**Job-scope, Duties, & Responsibilities**:

- Gather all patient data of new patients: Full medical history, past disease, past treatments, current symptoms, current diagnosis, medications, nutrition supplements, diet habits, lifestyle habits, others.
- Conduct all necessary diagnostic tests for the patient.
- Analyse & summarise client case to Doctor.
- Fully understand treatment plan and schedule as established by Doctor.
- Coach patient on the treatment plan
- Set appointment dates for patient's treatment-adminstration and follow-up.
- Administer therapies to patients on set dates.
- Follow-up with patients on set dates.
- Other tasks as deemed necessary.

**What we're looking for**
- A valid **Diploma in Nursing** or equivalent
- Registration with **Malaysian Nursing Board**:

- A valid **Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)** for the current year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the medical team
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritise patient needs
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a genuine interest in improving patient outcomes
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
